From Canada and officiating a wedding in Arizona?

My fiancé and I are from Canada but hoping to get married in Arizona. His aunt offered to marry us but we’re not sure if she can become an officiant in Arizona if she’s from Canada. Does anyone know anything about this?

    I don’t know the specific answer to this I’m afraid. It would be best if you reach out to the city clerk wherever you’re getting married in Arizona to get the correct information and whether or not this is legal.
