French Quarter New Orleans, Affordable Rehearsal Dinner Location

Can anyone help? Napolean House can do a seated dinner in a private dining room, with drinks for about $60 per head. Unfortunately, they are booked the night of our Wedding Rehearsal. No one else I am researching in the French Quarter is coming even close to this price! (No chain restaurants, please) We are getting married in August, so it is the off season. Is there a restaurant that any of you are aware of, that is walking distance to the Omni Royal who can get close to the Napolean House's price?

Have you looked at Brennan's. Thiers prices are around Napoleon House's. That was a place we were looking into but the food was too fancy for most of our guests.

I visited New Orleans in 2017 with some friends, I loved it! What a fun city to get married in! Are you from the area?
I checked out Restaurant Wedding venues on the WeddingWire venue directory and found the below restaurants near the Omni Royal. I'm afraid I don't have information on pricing, however, it may be worth checking them out -
The Court of Two Sisters
Muriel's Jackson Square
Tableau
Landry's Seafood House
How many guests are you inviting to the rehearsal dinner?

We are having our rehearsal dinner/welcome reception at Tableau. They have an $1800 food/drink minimum for the room we are renting.

Hey Emily!
I was curious on how you got Napoleon House to quote you $60/head for 26 guests. They told me it was a $6000 minimum 😱 I, too, am looking for something within walking distance of the Omni Royal and that is reasonable. I’m curious to know what you find!

We ended up having a gathering in our hotel room. It was a huge suite and fit all of our 40 guest. We wanted something low key and casual ordered food from Cochon Butcher.
