Four bridesmaids and one best man - is it weird?

I don't think it would look weird.

I would not have them walk down and sit. I was recently at a wedding where the bride chose to have both sides sit and it made the wedding party pretty angry. They complained about having to spend money on dresses/suites and hair/makeup just to be told they had to sit down the entire time. In my opinion, if you want them sitting, then why have them at all?

I don’t think it’s an issue, but if your concerned about it looking weird during the ceremony maybe you could have 3 bridesmaids sit and just the best man and MOH stand. As far as pictures go, a good photographer should be able to handle it with no problem
