My daughter is getting married and one of the things she would like is an ultimate potato station. Baked, mashed and fries of regular and sweet potatoes and all of the sides. I’m estimating 150 people..how would calculate and decide how much of each?

Do you have a caterer? Typically they would help decide how much of everything you need.
