Looking for a florist in the florist hill belair md area who can put together 5 small red and white rose bouquets with black feathers and some green filler, 2 red and white rose corsages, 6 boutonniere 2 red with black feathers, and 5 white with black feathers and 1 red and white rose bouquet for me with green filler and black feathers. I don't want to spend more than 500 as I don't need flowers for anything else for the wedding.
