It’s per transaction, if they’re enforcing it, and even then you can hop back in line with another set.

Dont be like me though, and mention it to too many people. I figured H and I would go and get 10 each. I mentioned it to my mom just in case she happened to be by the mall figuring another 10 wouldn’t hurt. ....only she was with a few friends when I texted her and they ALL decided to get a set to contribute 😳, 🤣🤣. A friend of my mom’s getting married this month got to inherit the leftovers
