First Dance Songs

My first dance song was "more than anyone" by gavin degraw. he's my favorite artist and that song with the lyrics just made it feel right to have it and plus i'm a big one tree hill fan !

We are about to have dance lesson #3 of 10 and our instructors recommended the song be about 1:30-ish. Of course, they said you can go longer than that, but that was their recommendation.

Nice! We did “Seasons” by For King & Country. It took us awhile to decide on ours. I chose it and ran it by my husband, but he didn’t really have strong opinions haha! I played it for him, he thought it sounded great, and said “if you really like it, let’s do it.” At first we wanted to do “Pluto Projector” by Rex Orange County, but we would have had to cut and merge the good parts together.

We're doing Stand By Me by Ben E. King, it was super easy for us to decide, when we first started dating it was the only song FH new on guitar and he'd play it for me all the time, so it kind of became "our song"

Almost all of it (to my husband’s chagrin LOL). The DJ cut it off I think about 1 min before the end.

Our first dance was Everything by Michael Buble. We listened to a handful of songs I picked out as possible options, and we both loved this one. Our last dance was Grow Old With You, as the first movie we watched together was The Wedding Singer.
