First Anniversary Celebration

There is a similar post to this on here and someone suggested that on your first anniversary, you and your husband take a photo together holding a wedding photo. On your second anniversary, you and your husband take a photo holding the other photo and so on. You will soon have an infinity photo. I loved the idea and will so steal it when the time comes.

We have been married for almost 6 months, but we haven't really discussed what we would like to do. I would really like to go to Canada to see Niagara Falls. I saw it on the American side, but not Canadian and my husband has never seen it. I want to go in the fall so that might end up being our delayed one year anniversary trip. We shall see as a couple of friends of ours are getting married so we would have to plan it around the weddings since none of them are in the same state we live.

We haven’t discussed it much but I’m thinking about that Europe trip that we wanted to do for our honeymoon was too expensive to do at the same time as the wedding 🤨

My one year anniversary is coming up at the end of March, hubby and I originally were going on vacation for the date but he could not guarantee having the vacation time available so we're pushing it back for his birthday at the end of April. We both agreed to take the day off of work and do something special, I was thinking of redoing our wedding weekend stuff like waking up going to get massages, having breakfast, going to the nail shop (hubby likes pedicures) and maybe finishing off the day by watching the Dodgers opening week game series! I might just surprise hubby with a two o three night stay somewhere cool nearby, idk so many ideas.

We do something special each month married. We just celebrated 3 months married, so we have had 3 special dates to celebrate! I’m not sure what we will do at 1 year! I know we will watch our wedding videos (for the 1000 time lol) and probably go on a little get away. We discussed maybe going back to the vineyard we got married at. They have cabins on the property so we can stay for a few nights.
