Feeling overwhelmed

Abby, on April 11, 2021 at 2:55 PM Posted in Minnesota Planning 0 6
We are getting married at the courthouse. We are having trouble finding a reception venue for dinner and dancing that isn’t going to cost us a billion dollars. We won’t have more than 50 guests and want to be within 30 minutes of Minneapolis. Any ideas?

Go to your local parks and recreation website to look up venue rentals.

Have you looked into private rooms in restaurants near the courthouse? Sometimes they have large enough spaces to allow for dancing.

I have been, but haven’t found anything that still gives off a “wedding” vibe.

Take a look at eventective.com and look at venues that you can bring your own licensed caterer to as those are less expensive.

Try Splacer. Or Some Mansions on Air Bnb.
