Fake Florals Set Up

I have been considering doing Lings Moments or other fake flowers for our wedding to keep things cost effective. I now have concerns over who is going to decorate the wedding arch, inside of the reception venue (there are high wooden beams we want decorated with greenery). We have a coordinator at the venue but they do light set up, not necessarily all florals!
I do have an opportunity to do real flowers through a friend of a friend that would be cost effective but still a few thousand dollars and more than my original artificial plan!
Has anyone had luck finding someone to set up fake flowers? And how much does that typically cost? I’m not sure I’d want to have a wedding guest be burdened with that on the day of!
