I bought my dress some time ago (after getting a different dress and long story short I ended up returning it for the dress I have now) and almost immediately began to feel nervous and fearful I would have dress regret (again!)
Then, I had a cosmetic surgery and was worried my dress wasn't going to fit anymore. Now, I wasnt SUPER stressed because there was definitely room in the dress when I tried it on in shop after arriving and they can let it out but that would've added to the alterations and I'm already not looking forward to that bill lol 😂So first thing: it fits!! I'm so happy, that's a load off to know I won't have to worry about additional expensive alterations!
Second thing: almost more importantly, I fell in love with my dress all over again 😭💖 I've attached a few pics just because I'm SO HAPPY! 🎉Getting to fall in love with my dress again really is such a relief! I just need cups sewn in and the waist taken in. I can't wait to see it all finished!
So, here's a reminder: enjoy the little things! Planning can be stressful, life can be stressful. Celebrate your small victories!
