Dress shoe dilemma

Ok ladies that wear heels way more than I do...I need your help!! These are my shoes!! As I am one who typically wears nylons with every dress I wear and I hate going soulless, I am searching for the best option to wear with my shoes. What are you wearing or what has worked for you? I bought a pair of “no show socks” but because of how my shoe is on the sides the sock still showed and I did not like it. Has anyone had good luck with thigh high nylons without the garter straps or did they slide down? Just looking for ideas. Thank you!!

Mine slide down even if they have grips at the top. Are you anti garter?

I honestly wear the gel pads or some type of patting I can add to the sole of the shoe so I feel that type of sock feel when I wear heals like that. There really isn’t another way. If you wear nylons the garter will slide off and depending on how your dress length is you will be able to tell through the front opening the nylon or type of sock. 😭

I have never worn any, so I can't recommend a specific brand, but I just googled, "toeless socks," and they exist!

You can try thigh high stockings but whether they stay up on their own varies from person to person. They do make stockings that have the toes cut off for open toed shoes. You can check Google to see who carries them and try a pair out to see how you like them. They may or may not show.
I wear heels fairly often and find that going without stockings makes your foot grip the shoe better. But that shouldn't be an issue with the ankle strap.

Thank you everyone for your suggestions. There are some good ideas. I know that I do not want to go without anything on my foot as I do not like the feeling and I do not want full nylons as the struggle to go to the bathroom is not something I want to worry about. I am going to buy some thigh highs and try a garter and see how it feels. I have never worn one so it will be a new experience to try.
