Dress dilemma

Sharon, on February 24, 2024 at 12:57 AM Posted in Wedding Attire 0 7
I am not a dress person to begin with. And before i get the suggestion, FH has nixed the idea of a plant suit. I am the first person to show off my cleavage on any other day, but on my wedding day I am looking for a dress that is much less revealing. I am looking for a high neck halter, possibly mermaid or a-line.

Everything that I am seeing is the opposite of my vision. I am not a large person, but I am not small either. Looking for something resembling the attached photo.
This photo is from a website that I could not find much info on and I am concerned that it maybe a scam site. The site is Revallia.
Has anyone heard of them? Has anyone ordered from them? If so, what was your experience? Dress dilemma 1

Search for dresses for modest brides and you’ll find better neckline options.

If you don't like dresses, and husband doesn't like pants suit, how about a maxi skirt and a fancy top like https://i.pinimg.com/originals/63/f0/67/63f067cfad46105fbe7fc87699f3d505.jpg from the mall?

Problem with the modest bride collection is that they are all long sleeved and I don't think long sleeve will work outdoors in the NJ summer.

I would have to really think about this option. I am not skinny and I don't think that I would be comfortable if there was any chance that my midriff would pop out.

There are a lot of modest bridal gowns with short sleeves. Look at the gown from Modest by Barbie.

The neckline is beautiful & may be called "halter" style. If you have an opportunity to try on a trumpet or mermaid style dress, as you've shown, see how you feel both sitting & walking. They are unique hemlines & it can be difficult if one is not used to the style, especially on your special day.
