Hello, my fiance and I are getting married in June. We would like to go to an all inclusive resort in the Caribbean and we are leaning towards Dominican Republic or Jamaica. We aren't going to leave the resort, want calm turquoise water to swim in, WHITE sand beaches, not big on nightlife, just time to relax in peace. Any recommendations?

This is what I wanted and my travel agent told me to go with Jamaica. I actually was leaning towards punta cana and she told she really suggested Jamaica for us. We are going to sandal ochi Rios.

Ive been both places and i prefer the food/people in Jamaica! I am actually heading there in 15 days!!!

We are doing Ocho Rios; the sandals there I think its called Sandals Ochi Beach Club! It looks beautiful

Jamaica! I loved Couples Swept Away, it was absolutely incredible, look into it. We went to DR the year after and the whole time kept comparing it to Jamaica and how it was lacking. I wouldn't care if we ever went back there again. Jamaica and Aruba are my two favorite islands

Jamaica all the way! I'm from Jamaica and I'm not being biased but you won't regret it. Check out Riu Ocho Rios, it's all inclusive and awesome.

We are going to Couples Swept Away Negril Jamaica. It's on the famous Seven Mile Beach and the water is very calm there, and the sunsets are supposed to be amazing!
