I’d stay at a fancy resort as their dirt cheap or in Sedona. Sorry idk for Airbnb

You can certainly take a look under "vendors" or "venues" tabs, up above, but I think you're best bet will be to go through the rental sites, themselves.

We stayed at the Bespoke Inn and it was lovely. We had the penthouse as one of our rooms with a pool. Otherwise look into the Saguaro Hotel. AirBnB has been super hit or miss for me lately so we decided against it.
