diy thoughts

I'm a crafty person and I'm doing most of my own decorations. My theme is dark boho with colors in the mauve/purple/olive families. I reserved my venue during covid so I have yet to see it in person x.x but it's BIG, hold 500 ppl apparently though we are having less than half of that at our wedding. I've been making these little ribbon things along with large macrame tapestries and I guess I was just curious to get some feedback about how I could use then to decorate the space. The venue is nice but seems to be a very blank slate, but I also have to decorate the same day as well as tear down.
Any suggestions? Other things I could add?

I want to have long tables and the centerpieces are going to be bottles of varying shapes and sized down the center with wildflowers in the same color family. There is a small outdoor space where I am hoping to have the ceremony, but it is in February so there is a possibility we will just use 1/2 of the hall for the ceremony since it's big enough
