I'm not sure of specific places, but if you are interested in a particular shop, you can call and find out if they have any trunk shows or sales going on. Usually with the trunk shows, if you purchase that day, you get a percentage off and sometimes discounts on accessories. I purchased from Vivid Bridal Boutique in Woodbridge, VA during one of their trunk shows. Hope this helps.

If you're still looking, check out Fairytale Brides on a Shoestring in Rockville, MD. All dresses are donated by brides and boutiques and all of the proceeds go to local charities! They have some designer gowns with unbelievable discounts!
