Destination Wedding Hotel? How much? How long?

In Hawaii, how much would you expect to spend per night on hotel, and how many days?

I booked for in room photography and the first look for one hour. So, personally I expect not too small room, look at least decent, and bright.
Since it’s in Hawaii, I understand the cost is high, plus resort fee and parking which all adds up. How much is too much?
My budget depends on quality, but I don’t want to overpay. I read reviews on known and expensive hotel and reviewers said it was old and desperately need a renovation 🤷🏻‍♀️ I am getting confused.

Hi Belle! What island are you getting married on?

I think the most helpful thing to do is always compare several local hotels against each other to get a good idea of the cost comparisons!

We will do it in Oahu. Preferably in Waikiki or Kahala area, since our venue’s limo only pickup their guesses from those areas.

I live on Oahu. Hotels are very expensive here!! The average for a decent 3 or 4 start hotel would be about 200/night. However, I was able to secure a wedding block at Hotel LaCroix in Waikiki for 135/night. It's a little boutique hotel. Really cute and clean. I would definitely check them out. I believe they are offering lower rates because they recently rebranded and are going through a lot of changes.
