So I'm not usually into the mushy stuff, but we had THE most Hallmark movie first date ever LOL

We went to a really nice, romantic Italian restaurant in this old town that is basically built into a huge hill, so all the streets are really steep and the buildings are old and beautiful. When we left, the street was completely deserted, so it was just the 2 of us. It had apparently started snowing while we were in the restaurant, so the ground was covered in brand new super sparkly snow, and it was snowing those huge beautiful snowflakes that look fake. And there was Christmas music being played over the speakers into the streets. And my FI just wrapped his arms around me and said "Just a minute. This is the most magical moment and I never want to forget it"

It was truly magical. Then we went back to his house and made a cherry pie from scratch, from cherries he'd hand picked from his tree. And he cut out our initials in the pie crust. We watched a movie and had some cocktails while the pie baked, then ended the evening chatting over coffee and pie.
