So my wedding is next week there is a possibility of rain the whole weekend. my ceremony was originally supposed to be outdoors but we will have to move it inside where the reception is being held. for the ceremony i am supposed to have flowers tied to the chairs closest to the aisle. if we move the ceremony inside than everyone will be sitting at their designated tables for the reception, therefor i don't know how or where i would arrange those flowers. I want to beable to still use all the decor that i had originally bought so nothing goes to waste. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can still incorporate these flowers. attached is what the flowers look like. i have a bout 18 of these and 11 round tables not including the head table

If you have a florist, I would definitely talk to her about how to repurpose the flowers. She’d have the best suggestions. Otherwise I’d look at maybe gathering several together and putting the on corners of your cake table, your guest book table, etc. If you have any decor up by your altar, like candelabras, you could tie them on there.

You could add them to the centerpieces or to your/your wedding party's bouquets. If the groomsmen don't have boutonnieres, you could create some. Or you could create boutonnieres for other men that don't have them. You could also create bouquets to put in vases in other areas of the reception space (welcome table, gift table, buffet table, hanging from a chandelier, etc.). We had extra florals and greenery and used it on the fireplace mantle in our reception space. You could create pretty place settings by adding them to the chargers/plates with place cards or menus, or create a really pretty tablescape for your cake table. Or if you have any young girls as guests, it would also be really cute to make little bouquets or flower crowns for them.
