dc War Memorial Ceremony

I have been there and it is a beautiful memorial. During one of our visits, there was a wedding being held there. There is a 2 hour time limit and I believe you also have to have a permit. Does anyone also know what the level of difficulty was unloading chairs for the ceremony? I know that parking is very limited.

View Quoted Comment The Chairs fold so if the vendor has a dolly it will maybe take a few trips and I believe some of my guests helped to set them up for us. There was only 1 man delivering the chairs and one stayed with the truck. I hope you get the permit with parks soon.
