I used the WeddingWire vendor directory and found at least two companies that do dance floor wraps. At least, I'm pretty sure they do. They look like promising options. I'll link to them below.

Bombshell Graphics in New Jersey - I check their website, and they said willing to travel, as well as they have done previous events in the D.C. area.
