You could try and see if they have any other preferred vendors or ask if you HAVE to use that vendor for flowers.

Also, you could try for silk flowers, that's what I'm doing for the bridal party and then DIYing our centerpieces.

Hey Cristina! How many other florists are on the list? Have you reached out to all of them for pricing? Did you ask if you have to go with one of their preferred or are they simply preferred but you're free to book whoever you want?

Hi Cristina, I'm currently planning a wedding at Crest Hollow as well and am experiencing the same issue of floral prices. I've asked my friends who are planning weddings and they are shocked when I tell them the prices the different preferred vendors are charging. I was wondering what you ended up doing? I'm also considering doing DIY for my centerpieces but not sure if we can bring them in.

Sorry for the delay. We ended up going with flowers by Brian. They gave us the best price. We told them our budget was 3k and they made it work. We ended up cutting our desired arch and just had them add in flowers to the outdoor garden arch that already existed. We did kinda bare bones. We had my bouquet, which was gorgeous, 3 bridesmaids, 3 flowers for the men, flowers in the arch, pedals down the aisle, we paid for a runner but they forgot that, our sweetheart table and favor table had pedals and votives, flowers for the cake and then 8 guest tables (4 with tall trees and flowers at the base and 4 with 3 candle set with pedals and votives). I also got 100 off by signing up for their emails. I worked with Virgil and he was great. I added some pics so you could see.

We did a handful of stuff that was diy but we also had moved to Texas after postponing so it was hard to do too much and bring it. If you do anything diy know that they require things dropped off a week before. However I will say they laid out everything perfectly for me and even finished my favors.
There were a few bumps in the road with CH in the planning but honestly they were perfect the day of. Everyone said how nice everything was and people were blown away by the food.
As far as other vendors I didn’t use any of their other ones. I used weddings by GN for pics- SO SO much cheaper but also left a little to be desired, all generations for music ( AMAZING) and I went with Blo bar for hair and makeup (so much cheaper and was easier with me being out of town although if I had to do it again would have paid the extra for someone else.
