covid / postponed celebration

In June my husband and I got married at church with only immediate family. We rescheduled with our venue for a big celebration on May 31st, 2021. I'm nervous again cause our venue went from allowing 50 guests in the Summer and Fall to now 25. MD is scaling back on their reopening plan so It's up in the air how many guests can gather in May. We sent Re Save the Dates to 120 people but now I'm worried about having to uninvite guests. We both have big extended families and there may not be enough room to have them all. We don't really want to Live Stream it cause we haven't seen zoom weddings work smoothly. We decided we won't push back the event again. I don't want to give up on having the day we wanted . Would it be weird to plan another reception at our church and invite the guests that can't attend the other event? How do we even go about communicating this to our guests? Any ideas?
