    Finishing up the guest list, getting engagement pictures done in a couple weeks and deciding between a venue we found in Dallas and another we found in Salado.

    I let my FH help with finding vendors and he immediately started looking at the food and almost hired someone till i reminded him that we have to have more of solid number on how many people are coming so we dont go over budget. Smiley laugh

    Right!! I’m still trying to find a venue, we like about 2 but we have a lot of people coming from out of state so were trying to accommodate everyone.

    Hi Rebecca!! I just did a really rough guest list the other night and we have 126 guests BUT that also includes some children as well, so it’ll probably be less than 126 because I doubt some couples will bring their children. And we are going for an elegant rustic theme!!

    My FH and I are inviting around 100 to 150 people and our theme is rustic with a bit of Harry Potter mixed in.
