Girl, you are on a roll!!! I have some venues to check out when I come to town for the holidays but a few said they don’t book that far ahead.

Yes, we are planning for it in Tampa. Figured it will be easier for us to travel than make everyone else travel. Plus, we have some favorite spots we miss.

Did you get a wedding planner? I don’t really have the budget for one but I figured since we aren’t doing a typical wedding party (no bridemaids or groomsmen) that it would be smart to get one.

I agree. Easier for you to just travel, plus it's vacation in a sense for you. I didn't get a wedding planner, no. I figured if I'm giving myself 2 years I should be able to figure it out. Just hoping it doesn't come back to haunt me on my wedding day, but I'm sure ill make it without one. I prefer not to budget for one If I can do without.

We’ve booked our venue which does a great package that includes almost everything, food, dj, flowers, etc. so now we get to sit back for a while and just enjoy!

Hi Congratulations to you all !!! I haven’t done much I picked out the dress but haven’t tried it on yet. I’m planning on coming to Tampa for Spring Break and hopefully be able to see some of the venues. Does anyone else have a binder full of ideas that change weekly or is it just me ?

Hi! I have my budget and I’m touring venues this month and booking ASAP. I know which dresses I love so I’m thinking of starting to try on in about 2 months so they don’t go out of production!

We booked our venue in January of this year. We had a tough time because things were booking fast. We have our color scheme, flowers, food, and photographer. I've tried on dresses a few months ago, but I am going to a different place tomorrow!!
