Hi All,

Is this a destination wedding for most? It is for us!

Curious as to transportation options and welcome bag goodies... any ideas?

Where in Louisiana are you getting married? Have you been before?
You could definitely check out the Louisiana Wedding Transportation vendors that we have listed in the vendor search. Are you looking to transport all of your guests or just your wedding party?

Thank you! New Orleans. We've been a few times, yes. We have a very small wedding party and I was thinking transport for guests depending on what hotel they stay at.

I didn't do welcome bags, but I gave out small bottles (3oz) of Crystal hot sauce at our welcome dinner. It wasn't *exactly* a destination wedding, but people loved them! I'd also suggest Zapp's chips, Hubig's pies if they're back, creole seasoning or mustard, pralines - I know, food - along with some suggestions of places to visit; you can get brochures from the convention and visitors bureau. Maybe since you've been before you can suggest places that you like or that are meaningful for you; for example, I suggested the bar where my husband and I met.

Cute, thanks! Zapps are definitely in my list, along with gift certificates to cafe du monde, water, granola bars, and Advil. The mini hot sauces or seasonings are a great idea!
