Couples getting married on May 22, 2024

Hi everyone! I’m from Houston and I’m getting married May 22, 2024. I’m still searching for a venue. It’s been a bit stressful planning with my fiancé working out of state for a month away and only 1-2 weeks back. What can I do that could be easier for us?
