As you can imagine, a beachside venue during the summer is the peak time for waterfront wedding venues so you may find it a little more difficult to find a venue if you are working with a tight budget. Not impossible though! If you have not already checked, have a browse through the WeddingWire venue search - Rhode Island Wedding Venues. You can filter this so that you only see waterfront venues but you may come across others that are within your budget while you browse!

Have you thought about perhaps having a beach ceremony and then holding your reception elsewhere? You would still get the beautiful beachfront photographs but your venue may cost a little less due to their location.

We were thinking that or getting married in a church and then the reception at the venue but that’s still expensive. So idk! I’ll keep looking. Thank you for your reply! 😊

North Beach Club House is very pretty and relatively affordable, but I believe they have a max of right around 100, so maybe something to consider.

Our ceremony will be at Colt State Park in Bristol RI. They have an open air “chapel by the sea” that costs just $15 to rent out for 4 hours.

I’ll attach some pics of the area.

It is right by the ocean, has lots of cherry blossoms. Some people choose to have their ceremony in other parts of the park or closer to the water.

King’s Park has an outdoor, covered gazebo. You have bring chairs and set up there for free, then host a reception at a restaurant or rent out the room by the carousel for a few hours at Easton’s Beach.

Rhode island is unfortunately super expensive having the same issue!

Have no idea about the price, but have you checked out Bristol Harbor Inn?

I’m doing my ceremony at the Victorian rose garden in roger Williams park, and my venue is the Rhode Island convention center and it’s way cheap as I only set my budget very low! I’m doing a lot of diy to also save money.
