View Quoted Comment Honestly, some of my vendors pushed back when we first reached out, but by mid-April it was pretty clear there was not going to be a 115 person event in NYC. By then, everyone was super accommodating. All of our vendors switched everything over for free and everyone was available on our new date!


Probably going to do a micro-elopement on our original date because we were looking forward to it for two years and we’re emotionally attached to that date now.

My wedding date is August 22, 2021 as well. We just found our venue on Friday!!! And because all of the 2020 brides are pushing their date to next year we put a deposit on our venue. I’m super excited! Congrats!

As of now engagement photos are booked n will be done next month..... decorator has been BOOKED/caterer has been BOOKED I still need a DJ and someone to marry us but I totally understand I have to find another vendor to make my cake due to some small businesses going out of business during this pandemic

View Quoted Comment Oh ok. Wow that’s great! My venue has the catering and the wedding cake included. I actually won an engagement photo session from a sweepstakes I entered. Now I’m in the process of looking for a DJ and photographer. I haven’t even started looking for an officiant yet.
