The number 4 in Diné culture (Navajo) has different meanings some examples:

Values (rules or skills for living) and people must develop each of these equally:
Life
Work
Social and human relationships
Respect and reverence

The 4 directions: North, East, South, West

We're a mature couple with laughter, fun at heart, and we are both Diné (Navajo).
