Is anyone planning their wedding in Colorado? Or been to one there. We're thinking the lower mountains in April. What about you?

Go for it. We are getting married in Boulder in December. In the mountains haha. We are hoping for snow but not so much the drive is scary.
It should be warm enough in April though.

We are getting married in Larkspur (south of Denver) in July! We live in Longmont, but lived in Fort Collins for a long time! April shouldn't be bad, especially not inside! Outside may be risky with all the rain and possible snow though.

Check out Lionscrest in Lyons CO. Its incredibly beautiful up there, a mansion on top of a private mountain. We are getting married there in July.

We're getting married this October at a place called The Pines at Genesee in Golden. They have terraces with pine trees and aspens too!

We are getting married in April at Flying Horse Ranch. The address is technically Larkspur but it's on the east side of I-25, north of Black Forest. Hoping we can dodge an April blizzard.

We looked at Lionscrest and The Pines at Genesee and loved both of them but decided to get married at Windsong Estates Event Center in Severence (just outside of Fort Collins) in June 2019.

We are getting married in Estes Park Colorado, on October 5th 2020. My wedding will be at a resort on a rooftop with the mountains in the background, I’m very excited. 😀

For southern Colorado look into the Nature and Wildlife Discovery Center at

I am new to living in Colorado (moved here in March 2019) so I was a little disoriented when it came to picking a venue...until I saw Chateaux at Fox Meadows in Broomfield. I fell in love and am now knee deep into planning a wedding at my dream location!

We are getting married in April too! We chose Arrowhead Golf Club. Many reasons for this location. It's Red Rocks without going to Red Rocks, base of the foothills, chances of snow still on the ground is high and the event coordinator has known me for 12 years! Plus it's very easy for the elderly we have attending.

to move around and us not worry about how they will get here or there!

April will most likely be snowy still—and beautiful— outdoors/ indoors? Both?
