Color theme

HELP! My wedding is in Spring. I have NO idea what color palette to choose. I love emerald green but that seems like a fall or winter color. Any suggestions? I love earthy colors! Our wedding will be in the mountains and sort of a country/rustic theme.=

Colors are not limited by seasons. Take a look at nature. Countless forests are emerald green year round. They don’t suddenly turn pastel pink and yellow when the snow melts in spring. Use whatever color you love. Browse Pinterest for their color palette options.

You could make any color work with any season, so totally use emerald green! Since that's a richer, darker color, you may want to accent it with something more neutral like a pink, beige, gray, or soft blue.

I really liked dark green too but our wedding is in June so I wanted something lighter but not sage. We ended up going with Seaglass from Birdy Grey!

Yes, I love seaglass and I also love Azazie eucalyptus which is very popular this year.

For a spring wedding in the mountains with a rustic theme, you can still incorporate your love for emerald green while complementing it with earthy tones to create a harmonious palette. Consider pairing emerald green with natural hues like soft beige, warm taupe, or creamy ivory to evoke the beauty of nature.

To capture the essence of spring in the mountains, you can also add accents of fresh, vibrant colors such as soft blush pink, pale peach, or muted lavender to infuse a touch of romance and whimsy into your color scheme.

When it comes to wedding drapery , you can incorporate flowing fabrics in these earthy and natural tones to enhance the rustic ambiance of your mountain venue. Think about using airy linens, burlap, or textured fabrics in neutral shades to drape across arches, tables, or chairs to add depth and visual interest to your decor.

Additionally, consider incorporating natural elements like wooden accents, fresh greenery, or wildflowers to bring the rustic charm of the mountains into your wedding decor. These elements will complement your chosen color palette beautifully while adding a touch of organic elegance to your special day.

Overall, by combining emerald green with earthy tones and natural accents, you can create a stunning color palette that perfectly reflects the beauty of spring in the mountains and complements your rustic wedding theme flawlessly.

Good news: Colors aren't confined to seasons, so you can use any color any time. What about emerald green, dove gray (which is a light gray), dusty blue (would go on the more gray, misty side), champagne, and ivory. Go with more neutral, greenery-focused florals, nature inspired elements, and try not to take away from the natural landscape
