Churro cart for dessert

We are not very enthusiastic about having a cake, so we’ll be getting something small with additional desserts. Has anyone had churros for dessert? Is so, did you rent a churro cart? Did you order them from a bakery? Was it a hit?

It sounds good to me. One churro cart vendor caterer has them also with chocolate or caramel. I don't see how people could dislike those options. Maybe part of the crowd would not know what they are at first, but the churros are not too crazily different from other deserts.
Maybe someone still has had experience with having churros at a wedding reception.
