Christmas in July themed bachelorette

Alyssa, on June 13, 2022 at 2:56 PM Posted in Parties and Events 0 11
Hey all, so my best friend is getting married this year and we are doing a Christmas in July themed bachorlette in Nashville. We want to make outfits/shirts with the Christmas theme but we will be in Nashville the end of July beginning or August so it will be hot. Wondering if any of you lovely people have any ideas on what to have for our shirts.

I love this idea! I would think Christmas in July shirts and since Nashville is the city of music (I think) you could also do something along the lines of a Christmas Musical theme.

What about the shirts/tank tops that are red with a faux fur trim? Like a Santa hat, but tank tops. You could also play up some of the Christmas love songs (all I want for Christmas is you, baby it's cold outside, I saw mommy kissing Santa clause, etc) all the bridesmaids could dress like her elves. I think a lot of Christmas Bach ideas can be adapted for warm weather

We are all essentially from NY/Canada so I'm not gonna lie when I think of Christmas it's only thick jackets. I have complete brain fog.😂

I was originally thinking ugly Christmas sweater but tshirts/tank tops. But I don't want it to feel scratchy or things start falling off, I don't want to litter.

If you were planning on doing totes you could do christmas stockings instead. Man this theme is so much fun now I need to plan a Christmas in July party Smiley smile

I literally laughed out loud at the "cotton-headed ninny muggins" shirts! 😂😂😂

I'd for sure recommend tanks or t-shirts because it'll be HOT that time of year, then add on all the reflective buildings and crowds (especially if you're planning to go to the bars on Broadway)!

You could also look around for Christmas-y cowboy hats!

You ladies can get cowboy hats and boots and out bells on them both. And get some T shirts find some of soft feather trim or something around the sleeves. And look online for some Christmas things that you could take from one and add it on the shirts
