Choosing a wedding website

I personally really like WithJoy. I signed up for a few others and just didn't like how things were structured, but a lot of people like Zola!

I kind of like WeddingWire's. I like the formating and the options that they have. The RVSP feature is a plus and I like that I can hide pages until I'm ready for people to see them. There's also a fun quiz feature for your guests! I don't know if these features are available with other sites (I'm sure some are) but, I also liked that while I'm on WWs site daily, I could just click on my website and work on it. I'd be worried that I'd forget about my website (but, that's just me).

Withjoy.com and designing your own on wix.com are the most user friendly.


There are countless posts here mentioning various features on the WW site where guests and the couple have numerous issues of not being able to do basic things such as find information or reply, etc.

I used Wix for our wedding website and it was a savior. Extremely customizable which was a HUGE plus for me. Besides the home page, you probably wouldn't even tell which template I used because I was really able to make it my own. Super user friendly and I'm absolutely in love.

I did appycouple and got a ton of great comments from our guests about our website! If you’d like to check it out and see how the user experience is to RSVP and navigate, I can PM you the link and email address to use. I still own the domain for another 6 months haha.

I used getting married - it’s a uk website and I used it because it allows further customization and guests can come back to it to upload photos from the wedding that they took

I’m using Minted since it matches our invitations and uses the names and addresses from the guest book for the RSVP’s. I’ve found it really easy to work with and it was free.

I love Zola as well, no complaints!
