Hi - I previously considered using them for a vacation but my travel agent (who is also a friend and would be honest) said that she knew of people having issues with them. On the other hand, I have a friend who booked through them last year to the DR and had no issues!

You should be able to check real reviews on the hotel/resort on TripAdvisor before you book through any other site. I think that's a good general practice!

I've booked with them twice no issues. I read the reviews on the resorts on tripadvisor and oyster. They generally have good deals and they will do a price match if you find the same deal on another site cheaper.

I haven't used them but my friend has been cruising like a fiend the past few years and she loves that site. She did recommend an app that has reviews from people on the boat to doublecheck----for the life of me I can't remember the name of the app but I imagine you can find it with some searching.

Have you tried vacationexpress.com They have been really good to me in the past.

I "booked" through them for Aruba a few years ago. And by "booked" I mean I went to a travel agent and they quoted us for our trip and we found the same thing on cheapcaribbean and they price matched it.

I went to the Dominican Republic with my MOH through them and it was super easy and amazing. We had a great time. Just make sure to read the resort reviews first and don't forget to have a shuttle option for when you get to the airport. Have fun!

I booked my last 6 trips with them and NEVER had a problem. If you call instead of doing it online you can choose your seats on the plane (my FH is VERY picky about where he sits). I also always add the transfers. If you have any questions feel free to ask I will help as best as I can.

We've booked twice with them, both to Punta Cana. 1st time was amazing ...2nd trip not so much. I highly suggest leaving their site and vetting the destination and hotel accommodations on 5+ travel sites and not going anywhere with highly mixed reviews, prior to booking. Our second trip wasn't awful but the hotel and food were sub par, I wouldn't have been thrilled if that was my honeymoon trip. (The ceiling leaked the whole week...)

I booked a girls trip through them to Puerto Vallarta Mexico and it was a great experience. The all inclusive resort was awesome and it was an easy process. Would definitely recommend and use them again.

I booked a trip to Catalonia Royal Tulum (about an hour south of Cancun) through CheapCaribbean last year and everything went smoothly.

I booked my honeymoon through them! We got a great deal for an all-inclusive resort in the Bahamas....we had a blast and no issues at all :-)
