Hi ladies,

I hope you are all doing well. I am deeply sorry for weddings being cancelled or postponed due to the virus.

My friend was telling me this could continue into 2021. I am really anxious about this whole thing. I am not here to complain, or be angry. I just hope this will end soon for all of this.

I refuse to NOT get married in 2021, worse comes to worse, I will do a courthouse wedding, then do a party later.

I live in CA and we are on lockdown. My wedding is on april 18. My fh and i do not live together. We are still keeping our date. A lot of our family members are wanting us to keep it. But i tell him, if we are really forced to stay in our homes, i just cant be away from him that long. But this virus has taken a lot from us. I'm not letting it take my wedding day.

I felt the same way and we were so determined to even do a backyard wedding but now weve decided to do a courthouse wedding in june on our actual anniversary (our wedding date wasnt our anniversary but the Day was if that makes sense) so since we have to cancel we might as well do it on OUR actual day.

Keep up that positive attitude, Traci! Each day we're seeing determined couples find new ways to get married (at home, in cars etc) so with your great attitude and some time I'm sure you'll find a way
