So we have been back and forth with options and ideas for our honeymoon. All inclusive resort is not out of the equation so I've been looking at different islands. Originally I was only thinking of like Couples San Souci (because it's still a clean beach lol), but I've tried to look past the Seagrass (Sargassum) issue plaguing the Caribbean waters right now. We went on a Western Cruise last year in April, and it was EVERYWHERE. Turned our bathing suits brown in the water, covered the beaches and stunk when it sat too long. I won't even pick a cruise itinerary that is Western Caribbean during that time of year just because of that! Every article I've read doesn't say it's a season like it used to be, that it's all year round now 
So to those of you who have vacationed in March and April anywhere in the Caribbean, especially on the Western side like Belize and Mexico, how was your seagrass experience? Anyone find anywhere that wasn't covered in it during that time of year?
