Can't decide! Bora bora vs Maldives!

If you have found your dream destination resort in both, go with whatever one is cheaper I would think you really can't go wrong with either destination! I've been to Maldives and it is ridiculous amazing. I'm sure Bora Bora is just as amazing as well!

Also check weather (rainy season, etc) for both at the time of year you plan to go. That might make the decision for you.

Maldives is my dream. Sadly, it's one of those places in the world that is slowly disappearing - go there if you have the chance!

I am having the same exact issue. I had always dreams of Bora Bora but now I've second guessed it. Every day I lean towards something else. It seems like bora bora has more activities and more culture and the better views, and the Maldives has the newer/more luxurious resorts and the better beaches. Maldives is harder to get to...will you want to do that in a few years when you potentially have other obligations? Bora Bora is not close either, but an 8.5 hr flight from LA is different than 20+ hours.
