Can't attach pictures

Hi,
I'm trying to attach screenshots in order to assist a fellow WW user. Whenever I try to upload them from my gallery, it takes forever to load, then the gray image square disappears and a thing pops up that says the image won't attach. What should I do? Thank you!

I re-started my phone and now it's working, not sure if that was actually what solved it though.
