Where are you getting married and when? You might try some large hotels - Marriott, Hilton, Sheraton, etc. They always seem to have nice brunches. I've stayed in hotels like these and they always seem to do a nice breakfast or brunch buffet - everything from trays of scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage to French toast, waffles, omelette stations, fresh fruit, croissants, etc, etc.
