Does anyone know of any places that does a brunch wedding reception in the Monroe County/Poconos area? I want our reception to have a day party vibe so I want to be able to have a DJ and dance floor

We got married at the Radisson in Scranton and I know they have brunch style events but I'm not sure about actual brunch weddings. Friends of ours got married at Stroudsmoor Weddings and another friend of ours got married at Memorytown USA. They were both very pretty weddings but you'd have to check to see if either offer brunch options.
