Brown waterproof mascara?

Clinique high impact waterproof mascara! I love it! It makes my lashes look long and separated, and it’s not thick and heavy. And here is a little trick I do to ensure it doesn’t run or smudge: apply the mascara, let it dry completely, then apply urban decay brow finish waterproof brow gel in clear over the top of the mascara.

I was hoping for a just brown mascara (I've found some black-brown waterproof mascara options, but none that are just regular brown). I'll admit I haven't actually tried any black-brown options though. Does the color look soft enough?

View Quoted Comment Some black-brown mascaras end up looking nearly as harsh as black mascara, but not this one! it definitely looks much softer. I have blonde hair, fair skin, and very light lashes and brows, and this one works perfect for me. I’ve tried a few brown mascaras, but they just didn’t deposit enough color to really make much of a difference, or make my lashes pop at all.
If you want to be safe, purchase the mascara through Ulta- they will let you return it if it doesn’t work for you
