I’m going to be a bridesmaid in my friend’s Wedding. She hasn’t set a date yet but what can I start doing now to get my body in shape for the big day?

Would a Zumba or Pilates class work for you? Is there any activity you thought of that would keep you interested for fitness?

Exercise is great for health, toning, and building muscle and strength, but if you are talking about weight loss, that's probably 80-85% down to food choices. For that, I'd cut the carbs and portion sizes and consider using an app to track. For exercise, I'd recommend a few sessions with a trainer. A combination of aerobic and strength training is ideal.

I found a yoga app that has been really helpful, because I can do it on my own timing and without equipment. Agreed with CM that watching your food is vital. Cut down on fast food and eat mindfully — think about what you’re eating and whether you’re full with each bite.
