I'd say about 6-8 months before the wedding should be good!

I asked my girls at Christmas for our December 2019 wedding.

Maybe a year to 8 months before. I did mine a year and some earlier only because I have a friend that is a teacher and I have some still in school and I wanted them to start saving early as far as like trip expenses and dresses, especially since they are long distance and have outside life expenses. Ik they speak against asking early because relationships change, but my girls are pretty solid and majority were family. But maybe 9-8 months is a decent enough time.

I did it as soon as I knew who I wanted. That was at 15.5 months pre-wedding. Weddings are expensive and time consuming for the bridal party as well.

I did mine about 6 months before our wedding.

Oh I remember asking as soon as I got engaged aha out of excitement

I discussed being involved with our wedding immediately with my MOH and most of my BM's and my Man of Honor has been in my wedding plans for years...in fact he is proposing to his partner soon so I'll be a Matron of Honor in their wedding too!! I sent out my boxes at basically the one year mark as many others have stated, weddings are expensive and all of my party are coming from out of state so they will need to make plans. I did boxes and they LOVED them and it was a fun process.

I sent mine 14 months out! They all had to fly in so I wanted it to be enough time to plan & budget.
