Oooof thats a little frustrating. I mean if you really don't like it she can always keep it but get something else for the wedding, hopefully final sale means she got a real good deal on it. Does your SIL like the dress can she can get one too and they both wear it? Personally I love all the dresses Imani posted, it won't clash but the pattern and cut on your sister's dress will definitely make it stand out. You can make it work if it is not a battle worth fighting.

It sounds like the problem is that you left it open to them to choose, but you don't like what they chose! I'm sorry, that is a sucky position to be in. If it is really going to bother you, like you'll look back at wedding pics and cringe, I would talk to her and tell her she should have ran it by you before purchasing. You can say that you weren't expecting her to pick out a patterned dress and you would prefer a solid color. Good luck!

Well whatever you decide I m sure they will both look beautiful. If you want your sister to get another dress definitely blame it on the pattern, I m so sorry for the confusion I m envisioning a solid blue dress I guess I should have made that clearer but I d really prefer if both dresses were blue without a pattern. Then maybe send them both like 4-6 dresses for them to choose from. Good luck!
