If you do a search of the forum, it is hit or miss. Some people have good experiences and others get scammed. It’s listed in many places as being a scam so tread carefully.

All my bridesmaids got there dresses from Hebeos except one. We didn’t run into any issues. The dresses were beautiful. I’d just read the reviews and choose ones that have pictures from the reviewers.
