Bridal Portraits

My bridal portraits are today - 24 days out from the wedding and I am excited to finally see my whole look come together. I received a picture of my bouquet last night and can’t wait to see it in person today. Did anyone else do bridals? How did it go?


I won’t lie, I’m having anxiety about it all coming together. Here is to hoping it looks great! Bridal Portraits 1

    I am not doing bridals. I love your flowers though. I think we all have anxiety that it will all come together like we envision.

    Your flowers are beautiful! Bridal portraits like this really aren't a thing where I live - they tend to be done on the morning of the wedding, so it's very interesting to me to hear that other places do them! It must be a really nice trial of what you might want to change on the day!

    The only reason I did it was because it was in my photography contract, so I wouldn’t save anything if I skipped it. Honestly, after doing them today I feel a ton better now that I know how my whole look goes together.

    Definitely a southern tradition in the US, but it’s a great trial. I loved seeing the hair and makeup with the dress - confidence booster/reassurance in your choices.

    Oh for sure! and sometimes there are details you didn't realise would interact together a certain way until you've tried it all out, so it's definitely good to know in advance! Anyway, I hope they're a lovely experience and you have a fabulous time taking them!
