Bra help for strapless dress

I would have your seamstress sew in cups and forget about a bra. That is what I did and not having to worry with a bra all day was amazing!

I second the previous poster's suggestion

Sewn in cups generally just pad the nipples, not offer any real support.

Does your dress have boning? I couldn’t wear any strapless either. So, sewn in thin cups and boning are my best bet.

I wore a bustier (with a long line and low back) to support my 32DDs - it worked out very well - I bought it from the dress place
